Industrial aluminum profile connectors are accessories for industrial aluminum profiles. T-slot aluminum profiles and V-slot aluminum profiles are commonly used in industrial frame assembly. These aluminum profiles are assembled into frame products through various connectors, such as workbenches, assembly line belt conveyors, material racks, storage racks, factory fences, etc.
For products with different structures, the required connectors and connection forms are also diverse.
Let me introduce you to several commonly used aluminum profile frame connectors:
Angle aluminum connectors, which are divided into die-cast angle aluminum and extruded angle aluminum, can be used for high-strength connections. This connection method is convenient and fast, and has no processing requirements for the connected profiles;
Anchor type connecting pin, which is a hidden connecting piece, does not occupy the T-slot, and can leave the slot for installing the plate. It can be used for high-strength frame connection and can be fine-tuned by adjusting the top screw. This type of connecting piece requires drilling of the profile;
Right-angle inserts, also known as angle slots, can be used to connect lightweight aluminum profile frames. They have low connection strength and rigidity, but good concealment. They can be placed in the groove of the profile without the need for processing.
Straight connectors, also called straight inserts, usually have four threaded holes for tightening the top screws. They can butt the cross sections of two profiles, completing a 180°connection. When in use, a connector is placed in each T-slot of the profile to ensure that the end faces of the two profiles are connected without misalignment.
Bolt connectors are also very economical connectors. One of the two connected profiles needs to be tapped and the other needs to have a connecting hole.
