The aluminum profile oxidation automatic production line is a new automation equipment in our country in recent years. The automatic production line is mainly composed of automatic driving, automatic power supply (oxidation, coloring, electrophoresis), automatic cross-car, automatic workpiece conveying system, automatic electrophoresis curing furnace, and upper and lower row systems. Compared with manual production lines, automated production lines have the following advantages.
(1) The crane is no longer operated manually, thus solving the problems of product quality out of control, excessive consumption of chemicals, and high wastewater treatment costs that are often encountered in manual production lines.
(2) The process steps and washing time of the workpiece are all executed according to the set process time. There is no problem of skipping, reducing the washing time, insufficient inclination of the workpiece, insufficient dripping time, etc., thus eliminating the problem of unstable product quality caused by the lax execution of the process by the crane operator on the manual production line.
(3) When workers operate on the manual production line, due to insufficient inclination of the workpiece and insufficient dripping time, more chemicals adhering to the workpiece are brought into the next process, resulting in a large consumption of chemicals.
(4) On the manual production line, due to the large consumption of chemicals, the amount of washing water must be increased to clean the workpiece. This in turn increases the amount of wastewater treatment, thereby increasing the cost of wastewater treatment.
(5) Reduce the number of operators and improve enterprise efficiency. On the automatic production line, the crane, cross-car, curing furnace, power supply, etc. do not require manual operation, so the number of operators is reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of the enterprise.
(6) Safe and reliable, reducing accidents. On the oxidation production line, most of the general accidents are caused by illegal operation. The use of an automated production line can completely avoid accidents caused by illegal operation of equipment.
